Action - Distractions = Focus

I’ve found that focus is a condition for achieving more and better results.  It is a key component of managing time and productivity. 

You have focus when you’re pursuing an intended outcome while minimizing distractions.

I struggle with focus—and, therefore, productivity.  I do neither process (i.e. defining specific action items or controlling distractions) well.  My plan is to improve upon both actions and distractions in the Focus Equation.
